Retreat Cancellation Policy ​​

Initial deposits and registration fee are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Remaining balance is due 15 days before the retreat starting date.

If you cancel 0-29 days before your retreat start date remaining balance is not refundable

50% of payments are refundable up to 60 days before a retreat.
59 days prior to a retreat fees is non-refundable and non-transferable.

0% deposit refund for cancellation 0-29 days before retreat start date.
Devipur is not responsible for any loss incurred due to currency conversion rates.

The following Cancellation Policy allows us to comply with its contracts with vendors and in-country travel partners and covers the time and resources spent by Devipur in preparing for and arranging a trip.

Your Retreat Package
If a participant chooses to forgo any services included the retreat package, they do so of their own volition and are not entitled to a refund for the services not used. This includes meals, hotel accommodations, excursions, transportation, and any other package inclusions as listed on the retreat web page.

If a students wishes to leave the retreat early refund fees is not possible.

At the end of the trip/retreat, the fee cannot be refunded or partially or entirely returned.

Registration & Occupancy Type
We do our best to honor your registration choice. If we cannot fulfill the occupancy type that you selected due to enrollment pairings and/or minimums, we will notify you 20 days prior to your trip. You will be required to either cancel your registration, or upgrade your registration to another occupancy type (for example, from shared occupancy to a single occupancy).
Single accommodations include a private room and bathroom (unless otherwise indicated). Shared accommodations are up to three people of the same gender per room. If you request a shared room but do not specify a roommate, we will place you with a same-gender registrant(s).
Friends and Couples may room together upon request. It is our policy not to put a 3rd person in a room with couples.

Travel cancellation policy

 In case of cancellation of the trip by our organization, the entire deposit will be refund.

In case of missing the plane, late arrival or early departure, no refund can be requested.

We advise you to take out personal travel insurance which you can also purchase with the flight. -In the event of a positive PCR swab, the deposit paid will be returned in full upon presentation of a document certifying its truthfulness.

During or at the end of the trip the fee cannot be refunded or partially or entirely returned.

Our trips are experiential and by accepting the booking rules each person is responsible for their own actions as they "consciously" accept to participate in the group.

The organization is not responsible for accidents, injuries, thefts suffered, mishaps, changes of itinerary due to weather and road conditions during the trip.

Devipur assumes no responsibility for thefts, mishaps, delays, missed connections, itinerary changes and anything else that may happen during the tour.

Travel Insurance

We recommends that all participants purchase travel insurance to cover their trip to any destination. 

Devipur Yoga Retreats cannot take responsibility for any events that may or may not occur that would include refunds of any kind.

Cancellation Disputes

In the case of a dispute, it must be reported to us within 24 hours. If necessary, we may help mediate the situation at our discretion.

We have final say in all disputes over cancellations.

But of course our first request is for both parties to solve the issue themselves first.

This is done by approaching any that comes up with understanding, flexibility, compassion, and forgiveness.From that place, a solution can always be found.
